Representatives from the Board of Directors, executive management and key personnel from the organisation have worked together to identify and evaluate all potential stakeholders of the Company.

HydrogenPro engages with stakeholders across our value chain to understand their expectations, identify material topics, and enhance long-term value creation. Dialogue with employees, investors, customers, suppliers, authorities, industry organizations, and local communities provides important input to our strategy, operations, and sustainability priorities. Stakeholder perspectives are considered when assessing HydrogenPro's material environmental, social, and governance topics. We aim to maintain open and transparent communication and build long-term relationships with the stakeholders affected by, or able to influence, our business.

Employees

Investors

HydrogenPro aims to create long-term value for its shareholders through transparent, timely, and equal communication. We engage with existing and potential investors, analysts, and other capital market participants and disclose material information in accordance with applicable regulations.

Customers

We work closely with customers and partners throughout project development and execution. Continuous dialogue helps us understand project requirements and improve our high-pressure alkaline electrolyzer technology and solutions for large-scale green hydrogen production. Customer feedback is an important input to product development, project execution, and long-term collaboration.

Suppliers and partners

HydrogenPro works with suppliers and strategic partners to support quality, reliable delivery, and more sustainable value chains. Supplier qualification and follow-up help us manage environmental, social, and business risks, while local and regional sourcing can strengthen supply chain resilience and reduce environmental impact.

Governments and industry organizations

HydrogenPro engages with authorities, industry organizations, and other stakeholders on topics relevant to the development of the green hydrogen and electrolyzer industry. Through industry associations and collaborative initiatives, we contribute our technology and market perspective to discussions on regulatory frameworks and the conditions required to scale renewable hydrogen.
HydrogenPro is a member of industry organizations including Hydrogen Europe and Norsk Hydrogenforum, supporting collaboration across the hydrogen value chain.

Local communities and academia

We seek to contribute positively to the communities where we operate. Collaboration with universities, research institutions, and local stakeholders supports competence development, recruitment, and innovation. These relationships also connect HydrogenPro's industrial experience in water electrolysis and green hydrogen technology with research and education.
