Oslo, 22 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published earlier today, 22 June 2026, by HydrogenPro ASA (“HydrogenPro” or the “Company”) titled “HydrogenPro ASA: Secures NOK 15 million from new investors”.
The Company hereby issues a correction to the first paragraph of the announcement. The statement that the Private Placement was directed towards “an existing shareholder” was included in error and should be disregarded. The Private Placement was directed solely towards certain new investors.
All other information contained in the stock exchange notice remains unchanged.
