Code of Conduct

HydrogenPro operations shall be conducted in a responsible, safe, and environmentally friendly manner. We strive for doing our business with the highest integrity, respecting the cultures, dignity, and rights of individuals and entities in the regions we operate. Compliance with applicable rules, as well as national and international laws and regulations are mandatory.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption

HydrogenPro has zero tolerance for corruption. Corruption includes, for oneself or others, the offering or demanding, giving, or receiving or accepting an offer of an improper advantage in connection with the performance of a position, office, or performance of assignments, whether to a public official or a representative of a person, entity, or organization.

Whistleblowing policy for employees in HydrogenPro

All employees and anyone working on behalf of HydrogenPro (HyPro or the Company) should be informed on our whistleblowing policy as outlined below.
Employees, hiring agency workers and other persons performing services for the Company without being employed by the Company, who become aware of reportable concerns, including but not limited to human rights violations and discrimination as outlined in our Code of Conduct item 2.7, are encouraged to notify in accordance with these guidelines.

Norwegian Transparency Act

Respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and services is the foundation for the Norwegian Transparency Act. This is to ensure the public access to information regarding how enterprises address adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

HydrogenPro places great emphasis on respecting human rights and promoting decent working conditions, both in our own operations and in our value chain. Respecting human rights is deeply embedded in HydrogenPro’s operations and a part of our risk management processes. We will report annually on our due diligence practices in accordance with the Transparency Act.
